As of the date above, the RDUMesh community network affirms the following is true:

  • We have not received any National Security Letters or other secret government demands for user data.
  • We have not been subject to any gag orders prohibiting disclosure of legal demands.
  • We have not been compelled to install backdoors, surveillance mechanisms, or monitoring software on any RDUMesh infrastructure.
  • We have not been served with any court orders requiring the logging or retention of user traffic or metadata.
  • We are not aware of any compromise of our infrastructure by unauthorized third parties.

This notice will be updated regularly. If this page goes stale or this section is removed, you should treat that as a signal that our legal situation may have changed.

This canary covers RDUMesh.org and community-operated mesh infrastructure. It does not speak for individual node operators or their equipment.
